Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over Rs.2000. For orders under Rs.2000, a shipping fee of Rs.200 will be applied.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed by 12:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays).
  • During busy shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery can take up to 7 working days.

Delivery Address:

  • We deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
  • We will attempt to deliver your order at least twice to the address you provide.
